This release slice defines a small, reliable patch train that can ship quickly without waiting for broad monorepo stabilization.

Scope

• Documentation stabilization and package reference completeness.
• Docs quality guardrails in CI.
• MCP mesh health-check and recovery operator workflow.
• Syntax-highlighting cleanup for custom HoloScript docs fences.

Out Of Scope

• Large Studio feature drops.
• Major parser/runtime refactors.
• New platform compiler targets.

Entry Criteria

1. Docs build passes in CI.
2. Package reference coverage remains 59/59 for manifest-backed packages.
3. MCP mesh check script returns healthy in local dev.

Exit Criteria

1. docs-quality workflow green on main.
2. No fallback warnings for holo, hsplus, or holoscript fences.
3. Audit closure document is up to date.

Candidate Changelog

• docs: finalized package governance matrix and support-directory reference.
• ci: added docs quality gate.
• ops: added MCP mesh health-check and recovery scripts.

Rollback Strategy

• Revert docs-only commits independently from runtime/studio changes.
• Disable docs-quality workflow temporarily if CI noise blocks urgent fixes.
• Keep MCP scripts additive (no runtime behavior change).
